The Velcro on my cover gave out after 10 months so I figured I’d give Weber a call. After some back and forth they are replacing it for me even though I couldn’t find my receipt. It’s nice to know that they will cover little things like this to keep customers happy.

I think the warranty on covers is 3 years. Call customer service.
As they should. They have a 3 year warranty and Weber’s grill covers are crap quality and overpriced given the poor quality.
The Velcro has torn on *all* of my kettle and gasser covers within the first 1-2 years of purchase. The one on my WSK was damn near $100 and it did not even last a year.
Instead of dealing with Weber support, I just decided that when the time came, I would simply buy a 3rd party replacement like King Kong covers. Cheaper than OEM, and by all accounts, a much better product.
