    I made the sauce with and immersion blender. Blended up the mirepoix with the beef stock. Added a whole cube of butter and emulsified it. OMG god tier roast beef

    It doesn’t seem like much but im really proud of the mirepooix/butter emulsion. It was soooo good i could drink it. I’m proud of this shitty looking sandwich thay took hours to make. Also I downed quit a few IPAs in the process.
