Phyllo Pastry: You’ll need one package of phyllo pastry to make this recipe, which you can find in the grocery store’s frozen section. Traditionally make Turkish Börek from layers of Yufka, Phyllo pastry. Be sure to thaw it in the fridge overnight.

Börek Filling: Your filling will consist of olive/avocado oil, chopped spring onion, baby spinach, salt, black pepper, crumbled feta cheese but you can use shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, beef koftay or minced meat with Turkish seasoning, sesame seeds, and eggs. You may also add black seeds.
