🌱Ingredients
– 1 lb baby carrots
– 1 ½ Tbsp butter
– 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
– 2 Tbsp water

👩‍🍳Cooking Steps
– In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
– Stir in brown sugar until it melts into the butter. Add water and mix well.
– Add carrots to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Season to taste with salt & pepper.

  1. I boil the carrots til about 70% cooked before I put them in the skillet. They absorb the glaze better. I've done it both ways and the boiling 1st is the ticket….
