
I read about using a fan (or dehydrator, but I don't have one) to help puffy details stay puffed, so I tried it with this set. It worked great! However, now my icing has not set fully even after being left overnight. Could using the fan be the culprit? I was thinking maybe since the fan made it crust over quickly, the inside is having trouble drying?
Potentially helpful info: Same recipe I always use. I have run into this issue before in high humidity, but it is currently cold and dry here. I had the fan on for about an hour to crust the details over but did not leave it on overnight. TIA!

Is it all of your colors that aren’t drying fully?
Edit: I leave a fan on my cookies for the entire time they dry and haven’t had any issues.
Since it’s cold, is your heat running a bit? maybe that has messed with the humidity.
