Just the way that one slice is bending makes it look heavy and too floppy.
DM_me_yo_Pizza
The crust looks like really wet. The cheese sides aren’t bad. The sausage looks like hot dogs and the onion look not cooked. The chicken side needs some type of sauce or garnish on top. The chicken looks like it has some flavor but it looks mushy and ground up.

Too much “stuff”.. less is ofter more when it comes to good pizza.

Onions on top make it look like it was an afterthought or forgotten. They do look heavy but I wouldn’t necessarily say bad. The cheese looks a touch overcooked. It’s kinda hard to tell but it’s the chicken on top of the cheese as well? It varies style to style but generally, unless it’s just pepperoni, or maybe just jalapeno/banana pepper or just a single topping, toppings should be under the cheese. It does look like it needs some practice but totally edible. I’d start with reducing the cheese and/or sauce by a lot. People often get the mistaken idea that a loaded up pizza is going to be better but it’s more about balance. Also, if that’s just straight mozz, you’ll probably get a better appearance, pull, and bite with a blend. 50/50 mozzarella/provolone is a good place to start and for color on top go for shredded or shaved Parm or Romano, not the jar of grated stuff but fresh

Not the most appealing, but looks good to eat

onions (and most other toppings) are best when they are bite sized. no one wants to bite into a slice and have shoe string onions pulling off the slice.

The cook on it looks good but seeing it bend on the spatula makes me think it it’s soft and floppy which isn’t my thing but to each their own.

Those pepperonis don’t look like traditional pepperonis from my experience. What country is this?

Looks way too greasy and soggy. I bet it would have turned out a lot better had they used a perforated pan.

I’m confused by the way it’s bending and the way the onions don’t seem to be cooked. Just based on that it seems undercooked, but maybe there’s something else going on.

Floppy slice is bad , Maybe a new york thin could be that bendy but this dough barely looks cooked. Also the onions look so uncooked they they are probably cold, like they fell off a salad. Cheese looks good.

Is that pork floss on the second pie?
UsidoreTheLightBlue
So kind of?
From a browning standpoint I love the coloration on the cheese and the top of the pizza.
However, it looks simultaneously too wet and too dry, which doesn’t make sense but it does.
Like have you ever had Sbarro where they have the slice by the counter and its obviously been there for an hour and they have to heat it back up to serve it? The pizza looks kind of like that…but then its also wet….Its almost like they took a great pizza, and stored it on a shelf then to warm it back up they doused it in water and tossed it in the over for 10 minutes.

Not really. I want a pie that’s a little crispy, so it holds up when you pick it up to eat it. This looks like a floppy fork and knife affair – really doughy and heavy and greasy. The cheese looks odd, the salami (?) and onion are a bit of a mess. Idk what’s going on w the “chicken,” but i didn’t know what it was till i read the description – is it ground?
I mean. I’d probably try a slice, but it’s looking pretty peculiar.

Agree with other commentators that it looks a little on the heavy/floppy side, but still looks very good.

Normally, I would critique it a bit. But it is Brazil, and factoring in some of the posts I see from there, these look top notch. Disclaimer, I love everything Brazil, but the pizza often looks insane…
