  1. Coconut Macaroons

    Ingredients:
    1 stick (113g) softened, unsalted butter
    3/4 cup white granulated sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 can (300ml) condensed milk
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups desiccated coconut, unsweetened

    *use 3/4oz liners
    *makes about 48pcs

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15mins or until golden. Cool completely (best chilled to moisten)
