COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A popular restaurant and winery is coming to Colorado Springs!

Carboy Winery and Angelo’s Taverna will be opening locations in the Springs in 2026.

They said they plan to open a new tasting room and restaurant this summer at the former Old Chicago off of I-25 and Woodmen. Construction is already underway at the tasting room and restaurant.

“The space will reflect the group’s signature style, inviting, locally inspired, and designed to bring people together over food, wine, and authentic Colorado hospitality,” the restaurant and winery said.

They said this opening will coincide with Carboy’s 10th anniversary.

This will be the third Angelo’s Taverna in Colorado. The restaurant serves Italian dishes, including pasta and pizzas, as well as fresh oysters. This will be the fifth Carboy Winery, with locations already in Palisade, Breckenridge, Denver and Littleton.
