Olive Beach, a long-established Mediterranean restaurant in Bengaluru, has introduced a refreshed menu as it completes 20 years of operations in the city. The new menu has been designed by Chef Jyotika Malik, Vice President – Culinary, Olive Group, and Chef Nitin Choudhery, Senior Sous Chef, Olive Beach Bengaluru.

The updated offering includes new dishes alongside revised versions of existing menu favourites. According to the company, the changes reflect Olive Beach’s culinary journey in Bengaluru while responding to evolving guest preferences.

Olive Beach operates from a heritage villa and has built its reputation around Mediterranean cuisine, cocktails, and a relaxed dining format. Over the years, it has positioned itself as a consistent presence in the city’s premium casual dining segment.

Commenting on the milestone, A D Singh, Founder and Managing Director, Olive Group, said, “Marking 20 years of Olive Beach in Bengaluru feels incredibly special. This new menu is our way of celebrating that journey, a collection of beloved classics and exciting new dishes, all crafted with thoughtfulness and joy.”

Chef Jyotika Malik said the refreshed menu retains the restaurant’s Mediterranean identity while introducing newer flavours and techniques. “It’s warm, comforting, and rooted in Mediterranean soul, yet curious, modern, and ready to surprise,” she said.

The menu update also includes an expanded beverage programme with new signature cocktails developed to complement the food offering. Olive Beach stated that the refreshed menu is now available to guests.
