  1. Autumn, this smoothie of yours is one of my favorites. I've been making it at least 3 times a week since I discovered your videos 1 year ago.

  2. One of my absolute, all time favorites of your smoothies!! I love it with Coconut Butter too!! This is my go to smoothie of yours Smoothie Queen!! 💪

  3. How did you heal your gut? I got C-diff about 6 years ago from an antibiotic & still struggle with diarrhea. Thx

  4. This will be my break fast this morning after I teach my Zumba class! Love and blessings to you and your family! Thanks for a simple and perfect smoothie recipe! I always have these ingredients on hand! 💖

  5. 🌞 On the coldest of winter days that still looks amazing. Thanks Autumn! ⚘️
    Cheers! ☕️🕊❤️✨️🥤☃️

  6. Anthocyanins! Side note for the nerds among us: there are placebo-controlled studies where blueberry drinks outperform placebo on certain memory and attention tasks a few hours later (mainly shown in kids). Subtle, but interesting.

  7. I wish I could find a good smoothie recipe that doesn’t have dairy. I’m allergic! The alternative is always soy. I don’t eat soy

  8. Love this smoothie but I sub cauliflower rice instead of the banana ❤ I also add flax seeds and hemp seeds😊

  9. Have you heard anything about bananas canceling or affecting some benefits that blueberries provide? When consumed together

  10. Autumn I’m so enthused with your message. I’ve been watching a lot of your vids and bought your book and have read, great job! I just finished making five batches of your High protein overnight oats from video. As I was making (I’m very calorie aware) I’m thinking man, I think this has ALOT of calories. So, once I was done I decided to count them (I know you talk a lot about things not being all about the calorie counting). Now I’m scared! It’s over 700K BEFORE I add the fruit. (I do fall in the category where you suggested adding 2 additional fats so I did 2T walnuts & 2T toasted unsweetened coconut flakes). According to protein calculator I need 135g protein a day and this recipe has 47g protein. I’m surmising I may well end up over 2,000k per day. How will I ever lose weight eating this much??? I honestly suspect it’ll be even higher to meet fat & fiber amounts recommended as well. I do walk four miles daily in one session. I need to lose fifty pounds to hit my goal. Much thanks & I know you have so many fans you can’t respond but if anyone else can enlighten me it’s appreciated😊

  11. Try Ripple milk if you can't do cow milk or don't want to — it has 8 grams of protein per cup and 80 calories so it's good bang for your calorie.
