Smoked chocolate cherry ice cream with smoked maldon salt flakes
I smoked some chocolate a little while ago and I’ve been putting it in many things. This is my best ice cream I’ve ever made. I even topped it with a little smoked maldon salt flakes. Cherry and smoke and chocolate love each other

I churned thin streams of melted chocolate into a nondairy vanilla base, but you could easily do the same w any other base. Folded in chopped amarena cherries at the end
