    I don’t do wraps until after in the cooldown. I don’t do sauce, never needs it. I do pepper, salt, adobo and sazon powder for the garlic and a touch of msg.

    Those look delicious, thanks for sharing! I also tend to go without the wrap, I guess I am happy with the end product although I have wrapped as well and they are really good. Again, nice job!
