I bought this frozen ramen from my local supermarket, I usually just go out to eat however I am in a calorie deficit. Looking at the nutrition label it says 650+ kcals per 100g. There is 800g in the packet. How likely is it that this one box is 5200 calories?
Thanks ramen eaters!!

Somethings very off with the whole nutrition label. It manages to be 53.3 grams of protein, 74.1 grams of carbs and 16.1 grams of fat, adding up to 143.5 grams of macros per 100 grams. Which is impossible.
I would reach out the the company you bought it from and ask for clarification
i’ve been doing monthly on/off deficit (close to or at maintenance intake on off months) for the past year, i gotta say the macros in most ramens and especially instant/frozen ramens are not conducive www to eating while in a deficit. i opted to cut ramen out of my deficit months entirely, but hey you do you. i agree with the other user, the maths aren’t mathing on that nutrition label.
That’s definitely the nutrition facts for the whole container and the per 100g means nothing.
just get sun noodles and throw them in the freezer, they have them at whole foods
That calorie count caught me off guard I did the math and that’s 5200 calories but then I realize that’s probably not per 100 G that could be for the entire thing or half
