Anemone, Shibuya. Horse meat and tuna topped with uni and roe
I think this one might be controversial but it was delicious.

Nothing controversial about it. Different cultures practice different culinary traditions. Who are we to judge them?

That’s a neigh for me.

Is the horse meat cooked, or served raw for this purpose?

Horse meat sushi, is this common? I have never heard of horse meat being eaten much, especially raw.

Gonna be on the toilet for days lol. It does look delicious but idk if I’d trust raw horse meat.

You had me at the one before horse meat, then you lost me, then got me back with uni and roe. But yeah, no horse meat

this looks great. I don’t understand the hangup, I’d eat whale, anteater, you name it. as long as it tastes good!

I really want to try sakuraniku, I have no idea why it’s such a big deal in the states. It’s an odd social stigma to me. If more people had horses as pets, like dogs and cats, I could see why. That’s the reason I don’t want to eat dogs or cats Or if they were like endangered, seen as ‘exotic’, or the meat just had a bad reputation. But they’re not, and on the contrary, the meat is supposedly really good.
Edit: oh shit, nice username get btw and sick pfp too haha

Yum!! I’ve never had horsemeat, could someone give me an idea of what it’s like? Both raw and/or cooked? I’m so down to try it either way

How is anemone? I’ve been hearing about it, but a friend of mine said he just tried some in Tokyo, and it was awful.
