  1. This recipe is very good. However, I will forewarn others that the carrots did not cook at the same speed as the chicken and potatoes. I would suggest cutting them smaller or cooking them separate separately. I had to keep returning my pan to the oven and finally gave up and pulled the carrots out to sauté them separate separately on the cooktop.
