Spontaneous dessert for tonight!

I had Califia Farms heavy whipping cream that I needed to use, so I made a blended pistachio chia pudding for the first layer then added mini chocolate chips and sliced maraschino cherries, then a layer of whip and repeated. The cherries and pistachio go well together and the whip made it really light.
