I needed something to cheer me up so i made french onion soup for the first time.
My heart and tummy were happy!

Yum! I have leftover French onion soup with provolone that I can’t wait to dig into. I’d like to try it with fancy gruyere sometime, but even the restaurants here just use Swiss cheese.
I do not like Swiss cheese. It’s the only cheese I dislike.
Never eaten onion soup, doesn’t those onions feel slimy while eating? What if you cook it in a way all the onions are dissolved , wouldn’t it be better?
