Went out to get apple juice to spritz my pork butt and as I came home, the wind took my canopy… and everything else. thankfully, the butt landed in the lid and I was able to salvage it… but this was hilarious, lol.

EDIT: I had weights and forgot to put them on. I realized that as I was pulling back up to the house. I actually went to get them when I walked into the garage. A couple seconds too late, lol.
You don’t use tent weights?
Feel like this one’s on you.
The solution for this is four bags of play sand (like for a child’s sandbox), and four 5-gallon buckets.
Set the legs into the buckets. Fill each bucket with sand. Add water to each bucket. No more wind problems.
Now about that table…
Also doing a smoke today in FL with this weather. Mine has t flipped yet. I pulled it into the patio very carefully when the weather started to turn about 2 hours ago. Nice job.

That’s disheartening. Glad you saved it!
