
13oz dry aged ribeye with some sea scallops. Scallops were seared in butter/olive oil for 1.5 min on the first side and 1 min on the second side. Ribeye was seared in beef tallow on high for 2.5 min per side and then butter basted for 4 min. Came out perfect, so happy with this meal 🙏🏼

One of the best steak crust I’ve seen in a while, but dam scallops have my heart lol
Love scallops, yours doesn’t look overcooked. I prefer a hot sear for about 30-45s per side depending on size.
