I'm someone who craves sushi and poke bowls constantly, but wanted to find an affordable option and one that I can accurately calorie count.

All the ingredients were purchased at Aldi (USA) and listed on the next slide.

It's not low-fat or low-carb by any means, but definitely satisfied my craving for less calories than I expected!

Looks good but small I would skip the rice altogether it’s just filler anyway

My recommendation… cut the chili oil and dressing, or opt for a sriracha mayo instead, with a lite mayo. plus what others said about using half cauliflower rice/half regular. I would also add cucumbers to bulk it up

I do mine over salad greens and it’s great.

looks great! if you’re looking to bulk this up with some veggies, you can get matchstick carrots and thinly sliced radish and marinate it in some rice vinegar for a bit. i also like to add this spinach sesame salad to stuff like this! [https://www.justonecookbook.com/spinach-with-sesame-sauce/](https://www.justonecookbook.com/spinach-with-sesame-sauce/) saw someone also mentioned cucumbers!

doesn’t add too much in the way of calories but would rly round this out nutritionally and add a bunch of flavor
