Trying to add some variety to my regular winter pot of beans. Saw some of these at the asian grocery, would any cook well with beans? Also would takw recommendations for what isnt in pictures

I usually add kale or spinach, but want to branch out

    If the photos arent going through, the things I saw were Mong Toi, Amaranth, snow tip peas, and taiwan spinach
