Had bread but no lunch meat to make sandwiches. Egg salad was perfect solution.

I fucking ❤️❤️❤️❤️ an egg salad sandwich. Got hooked on them in Hawaii, at KTA. Gas station, deli, bagel shop, diner…always pick it when it’s an option.
Bucket list is to go to Japan for an egg salad sando quest.

Making standard egg salad and then mixing in some cottage cheese and avocado is a great way to amp it up.
