nicely done but I’d consider cooking this in something that isn’t Teflon coated or something similar. the shells can easily scratch the coating.

Dude this is disgusting and not a stir fry

Try a wok. I can’t imagine the crab is even fully cooked, unless it was precooked.

  4. Your garlic burned and your heat was too high. This doesn’t look good to me.

I know everyone has said it already but do not cook stuff in non stick coating pans over high heat. Especially crabs with shells that scratch the coating. You do not want to be eating that stuff. And high heat damages the nonstick.

  6. High heat on teflon, I think this is Teflon maybe another polymer but it’s a polymer made with PFAS, is super super bad for you like gives you cancer bad. The EU is in the process of outlawing it altogether. Please cook on an inert surface, so bare metal. Polymerize avocado oil (heat up a very thin layer of oil to 500f) if you want a non-stick surface. This isn’t a comment on anything else in the video just a warning that you are hurting yourself. Even the manufacturers of teflon are very clear about not applying high heat to it because it breaks down and is carcinogenic.

That looks like a really tasty sauce.

I’d have used it as a dipping sauce for the extracted meat rather than coating the shell-on crab with it.

I understand the tradition, just not a fan of sucking sauce from my fingers/ shells. Makes extracting the crab meat a lot messier and more inconvenient.

It looks really good. My only criticism is: Where’s your wok?
