Im glad someone had some success today on the smoker lol I fired up the charcoal to smoke 2 half chickens instead of the traeger and like an idiot had it ripping at 550° i threw em on and then saw the lid thermometer slowly winding down and yeah I made it work haha but instead of an hour or 2 at 225-260 it was 30 minutes at 500 lol cant win em all great looking birds you got

This is some of the best looking chicken I’ve seen posted here. Was the skin crispy or somewhat soft? Either way it looks delicious.
