IMO a lot fo homemade ramen guys tend to overcrowd their bowl. Mored doesnt always mean better. I like to enjoy the noodle and broth with some occasional change.

Those jammy eggs + chili oil + mushrooms on the homemade bowl are doing the most in the best way.
