My second or third bread ever! So excited it actually turned out. My last two were way too dense and I feel like half my problem is just not planning ahead/being patient enough. I followed a super easy recipe and I don’t have any complaints. I’m sure it’s not perfect by actual bakers standards but my family gobbled it up and that meant to world to me. Yay bread!

Also – I’m super happy with it BUT I am curious how to get bigger holes? I did use bread flour. I let it rise for 2 hrs and then put it in the fridge for like 20 hrs. Left it on the counter for 1 hr to warm up more to room temp before baking but I’m not sure changing which part would make bigger holes?

Nice job. It is so satisfying to have a project (that is a hope and a prayer initially) come out with such amazing results.

Well done, especially for only a third attempt.

I have to admit Patience is the most hard thing with bread. Especially the last part, cutting it for the first time, but the longer you wait the better.
