Yo, let me tell you what went down in my kitchen.
I threw together a turkey dürüm in the air fryer, nice and easy.
Ground turkey, loaded with spice, smooth sauce, fresh veggies – real clean, real tasty.
Straight-up good food, and I recommend everybody give it a try.

# The Meat Game
* 500 g turkey breast
* 3 tbsp dürüm spice mix
* 1 tbsp yogurt
* 1 tbsp olive oil
# The Smooth Sauce
* 3 tbsp sour cream
* 4 tbsp yogurt
* Persian blue salt (or regular salt, keep it simple)
* Freshly ground black pepper
* 1 garlic clove, grated
* Fresh chives, finely chopped
# The Fresh Veggie Crew
* Onion
* Red cabbage
* Tomatoes
* Lettuce
* Fresh chili (the more, the merrier)
* Chili flakes (when the fresh heat runs low)
# How We Do It
1. Marinate the turkey with spices, yogurt, and olive oil – let it soak up that flavor.
2. Spread the meat flat on baking paper and shape it into rolls.
3. Cook in the air fryer at **180 °C (356 °F)** for **16 minutes**.
4. Pull the meat apart, spray lightly with olive oil, and crisp it up at **190 °C (374 °F)** for **6 more minutes**.
5. Warm up the dürüm bread, spread on the sauce, add the turkey, stack the veggies — and don’t be shy with the chili.
Roll it up, take a bite…
Sit back and enjoy that **smooth kitchen flow**.
Healthy, flavorful, and laid-back
