Removed the fat off the chicken thigh but third picture shows how oily it was.. second pic is pasta spread out on plate. My guess is 400 for the pasta (think it was tossed in oil to stop sticking) 200, for the chicken thigh, 200 for the sauce + an extra 120 for oil?? Not worried about the veg

I’m guessing 200 for pasta extra 50 for oil so 250. Plus 150 for the thigh and 200 for the sauce and oil.
So 600. I’d be really surprised if it was 1000!
No more than 600, the second pic is also mostly water from the tomato juices and veg not being drained properly
