    This is clearly Finnish blood sausage, also known as mustamakkara.

    You’re supposed to eat it with lingonberry jam and mashed potatoes. Op has neither on their plate.

    It’s a tasty dish but clearly the sausage in the picture looks dry and unappetizing.
