This is a very normal Korean home-style lunch

Beef seaweed soup, spicy dried squid (ojingeochae muchim), kimchi, rolled omelette, Vienna sausages, and multigrain rice

소고기미역국, 진미채무침, 김치, 계란말이, 비엔나소시지, 잡곡밥

Just simple homemade food, nothing fancy

  1. How many eggs does it usually take for such a thick omelette?

Well, when I was little, if you had an omelette and sausages for lunch, you had it GOOD!

Nothing fancy? This is comfort at its finest. Feels like it was packed with care.

Just out of curiosity, do you eat it cold/room temperature or do you reheat it?
