Diced Pork Stir Fry with Edamame, Tofu, and Veggies

My typical stir fry but I got too excited with adding way too many veggies that my pan got overcrowded!
Preparation: – Dice 750g pork into bite sized cubes and marinate in 3tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine, and a bit of baking soda – Dice 400g dried tofu, a medium carrot, a zucchini, and 3 bell peppers into similar size – Edamame can just be washed, easy protein! – Prepare sauce of 1tbsp dark soy sauce, 2tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp cooking wine, 2tbsp Chinese chili bean sauce(try 1tbsp chilibean, 1tbsp chilioil), 2 teaspoon sugar, 1 tsp chicken powder – Mince garlic and ginger
Cooking – Stir fry pork for around 4 minutes until browned and remove – Stir fry dry tofu for around 2.5 minutes and also remove – Add oil and ginger for a minute then add in minced garlic for 30 seconds, throw in veggies and stir fry for a few mins – Add meat and tofu back in and pour sauce in while stir frying. Try not to add all the sauce and taste in case it’s too salty or spicy
