Need some advice on getting my 4 year old Traeger Pro 575 working again. Have fixed mechanical issues in the past but now I’m having electrical issues.
When I plug in the unit the light comes on indicating the unit is getting power but the computer is offline. There also looks to be some kind of burnt something on the chip? Not too sure.
Should I replace the wires? The computer? Or what?

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

I would call Traeger tech support. They should be able to guide you…
Carefully clean the crap off of the circuit board with a soft brush and alcohol, let it dry thoroughly, then try it again. That stuff could be shorting out circuits. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, call Traeger for assistance.
That circuit board looks cooked or smoked!
