Hi all!
So last year on vacation we bought this on the left and loved it. So we ordered new ones from Amazon and were disappointed to see only 2.5% of ghost pepper instead of the 10% the original had.
Web site seems to still list it at 10%, Amazon screen shot doest show % but lists ghost at the 3rd position so it would be consistent with 10%
We're trying to see if there are 2 different products or a recipe change? The swapping between "ghost chilli" and "chilli seasoning (with ghost under it)" doesn't help. But event their website shows "chilli seasonning" at 10%
Thx for any insight anyone can have 😊

It appears they indeed change their recipe. You can look on their website it only shows the one you have on the right (chilli in top area.)
That said this may be a great opportunity to start making your own mixes for chilli and other uses. Once you do and are in complete control of the notes/spice level it’s really hard to go back to premixed versions. (I do still keep a standard “taco meat mix” for the wife but otherwise every rub/mix/ etc I make is on the spot.) a lot more cost effective and varietal as well.
If you do I would only make exactly what you need per use and not premix a large batch until you really dial in your wants.
