I put it in the fridge overnight and in the morning I took it out to let it come to room temperature. Definitely forgot about it until after dinner so I didn’t bake it until about 30 hours after starting! 🫣

    Honestly, I always get so intimidated by how much time (and butter) brioche takes, but yours might just convince me to finally give it a try. The patience alone is impressive!

    Did the extra rest in the fridge change anything about the texture or flavor?
