Game day just got better 🏈🧀

This Spinach Artichoke Dip is creamy, cheesy, and made to be shared,perfect for football Sundays, watch parties, and getting ready for the Super Bowl.

Spinach Artichoke Dip
Servings: 6–8
Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
1 bag El Comal Totopos de Maíz
1 tbsp olive oil
½ white onion
3 garlic cloves
10 oz spinach
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup artichokes, chopped
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, divided
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the spinach gradually and cook until wilted. Strain well to remove excess moisture.

In a large bowl, mix the spinach with cream cheese, mayonnaise, artichokes, parmesan, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Reserve ½ cup mozzarella.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Top with remaining mozzarella and bake 10 more minutes, until melted and lightly golden.

Serve hot with El Comal Totopos de Maíz.

  1. Nope eat it on Hawaiian rolls.
    I remember when they had the Hawaiian bread that had the hole in the middle and you put the Spinach dip down in the hole.
    Yes I am that old I wish they still made them.
