  1. Instructions:

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic. Sauté 20–30 seconds until fragrant (do not brown).
    Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
    Deglaze with white wine and lemon juice. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
    Lower heat. Stir in butter and parsley until glossy and emulsified.
    Spoon sauce over shrimp. Serve immediately with pasta or crusty bread.

    Serves: 2–3

    Ingredients:

    1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    ½ cup dry white wine
    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
    Olive oil q.b.
    Salt & black pepper q.b.
    ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional
