So, there’s a mod comment where downvote means good pizza and upvote means bad pizza. But, like, when I see these pizza crimes my instinct is to downvote the abomination, until I realize what sub it’s in and then I wanna upvote it because it’s fitting *to the sub* but I don’t wanna upvote some nasty “pizza” 😭

Votes should be given based on relevance unless otherwise instructed. The comment specifies behavior for that comment itself. So a violent pizza hate crime in this sub should be upvoted, because that’s what the sub is for.

Upvote if agree that it’s a pizza crime.

It’s about vibes. And the lunar cycle. And the little voice in your head that tells you to burn things, or add peanut butter to marmalade on toast. Is it an easterly today? Is that one guy posting about chives again? Have you checked on the size of the ozone hole? Upvotes and downvotes are a reflection of the delicate balance of the world around us.

  4. I think your cheese started doing the cha cha slide “sliiiide to the left”

  5. It’s like the medicine community. Negative means good.

I’m happy to upvote out of sympathy, but it’s not the pizza so much as the piss-poor delivery

It could be salvaged but it wouldn’t be pretty

Your instinct is wrong and stupid, treating upvotes/downvotes like a popularity contest. That’s not what voting is for. Upvotes are for “relevant, belongs in this sub”, and downvotes are for “not relevant, does not belong here”. This isn’t just for pizzacrimes, this is for all of Reddit. Learn to vote properly.
