Went to Fairway Meat Market to get galbi cut for a get together. The guy behind the counter didn't believe when I told him the sign said it was 4.99 a pound. He ran around to look and started shaking his head saying someone messed up.
He still let me buy what they had at the marketed price.
10 pounds for a little over $50!

Crazy good price. Here it’s like 3000, 4000 won minimum for 100g/~4oz
That’s an amazing price for galbi. I would have bought it all literally at that price.

Wow! I bought some kalbi cut short ribs a few days ago from Whole Foods and thought I was getting a steal at $11/lb 😂
I would of purchased more than 10lbs 😆
Cheapest I ever see at my Asian grocer is 6.99/lb and they go QUICK. What a steal!!
