  4. strawberries are key for me sticking to my goals and satisfying my sweet tooth! especially when they’re in season. other berries are also tasty/low cal but strawberries are the most satiating for me

    I get it! I absolutely LOVE mango. I could easily eat two whole mangos every day but it’s hard to stay within my calories if I do.
