Yall, I don’t measure lol but y’all asked me to put the ingredients in the comments so I’m gonna do it:
• I use a seedless cucumber, but you can use whatever cucumber works for you • add sea salt to the cucumbers to absorb some of the moisture and make them crispy after 10 minutes. Rinse them pat them dry • use about a handful of cilantro or less, if you have the soap gene don’t put the cilantro in there. It’s gonna make it nasty • add low sodium soy sauce • Ponzo sauce citrus seasoned dressing • Add pickled red onions • squeeze in a fresh lemon juice • squeeze in a slither of garlic paste lol • add a teaspoon of Chili crisp or less if you don’t like heat • adding a little bit of white sugar for balance
