Was browsing through the meat at Costco and this choice tenderloin caught my eye. The marbling looked better than the prime steaks they had out so I grabbed it. Was not disappointed! Will post a follow up after I’ve cooked a couple.

I too was blessed by the Costco gods last month. While browsing through the meat at Costco I found these ribeyes for $29.99/lb so I grabbed them. I hope they turn out okay.

33$ a pound? I would expect better.

Yeah, the marbling on that is sublime.
