Forgot to snap an after pic, but it wasn't very visually impressive. It tasted nice, the wine flavor was present but not overwhelming. Definitely will try again. Not sure how available the cheese is, I got it in a french bakery in the mountains.

It is purple moon by Cypress Grove, I think. They’re based in central California and have several phenomenal cheeses that they keep close to home. I’ve seen purple moon in New York. Sounds like a nice GC.
