Start your morning with these flavor-packed zucchini fritters! They’re cheesy, aromatic, and so easy to make – perfect with your favorite sauce or just fresh from the pan.

📝 Ingredients:

1. 1 medium zucchini
2. 50g grated hard cheese
3. 1.5 tbsp flour
4. 40g sunflower oil
5. 1 clove garlic
6. 1 tsp salt
7. 1/2tsp pepper
8. 1 tsp sweet paprika
9. 1 tsp Provençal herbs

👩‍🍳 Recipe:
1️⃣ Peel the zucchini and grate it into a deep bowl.
2️⃣ Add salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and Provençal herbs. Mix well.
3️⃣ Chop the garlic, then add it along with the flour and cheese.
4️⃣ Mix again. (If the zucchini has released too much juice, drain it.)
5️⃣ Shape the mixture into 4 slightly flattened balls and place them on a board.
6️⃣ Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the oil.
7️⃣ After 1 minute, place the balls in the pan, cover with a lid, and fry for 8 minutes total (4 minutes per side).
8️⃣ Serve on a plate and sprinkle with extra grated cheese.
