I’m going to second what another comment said and recommend her book. Homemade Vegan Pantry. It’s fantastic and has so many great things you can prep quickly instead of getting something from the store. Pancake mix, bouillon, butter, Mac and chz powder, veggie burgers, pizza dough… all the things.

I mean, I can do this. Guess I will do this, but dammit, we are already gluten free (celiac child) and vegan. Miyoko’s butter was something I could count on without making it myself. The cheez wheels were always a nice treat too, but I never counted on them.

How is it possible that this store still stocks the big EB tubs? I thought those were long gone and haven’t seen them in the PNW (US) for maybe 10 years. OP, what is this magic place where you shop?

I just found about this drama…Today! Going into natural foods which was the only place that carried the cashew cheese. They told me the company went out of business

This is cool but this recipe unfortunately isn’t actually the same as the Miyoko’s butter that is sold in stores, which is cultured.
