
I’ll start eating my packed “lunch” in the morning and finish it by 3. Except for dinner, I eat the same thing every day because I like routine and predictability.
Banana or apple – 100ish
Dannon yogurt – 80
Protein oatmeal – 190
Rice cake – 60
Hard boiled egg white – 17
Seaweed snack – 25
Vegetables – 60
Pistachios – 75
Total: 607
My dinner is usually around 700-1000 calories depending on the day. My TDEE is 1600 so I try to keep it under that.
