That looks like a great riff on traditional chicken salad. And I realize what I'm going to write is some what ridiculous, but I look for ways to do things more easily. I would have plopped the chicken into the dressing and mixed in the dressing bowl because then I wouldn't have to scrape out the dressing from its bowl.
