Cava will debut a new location at 740 Janes Avenue in Bolingbrook East on January 23. The restaurant will bring its popular Mediterranean-inspired menu to the neighborhood, serving pitas, dips, dressings, and bowls to the community.

Cava to Grow Greater Chicago Presence

Cava’s menu and hospitality-driven approach have contributed to a growing fan base. The restaurant will open from 10.30 AM to 10.00 PM.

“Our mission is to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, and everything we do at Cava is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community,” said Gino Carlin, Regional Director.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be in East Liberty and continue to grow our presence in the Greater Chicago area,” he added.

Ahead of its official opening, each Cava location hosts a Community Day, inviting local residents to enjoy a free meal while supporting a neighborhood cause. During the event, the brand collects donations and matches contributions up to $1,000. Since launching the program in 2019, the company has raised more than $600,000, largely benefiting food security initiatives. The Bolingbrook East Community Day will support Food Rescue US – Chicagoland.

The restaurant will employ 25 to 40 local team members and offer competitive pay, paid time off, early wage access, healthcare, and mental health support.

The new location will add to local dining options while creating new employment opportunities.
