Personally the Carolina Repear have easily been my go to lately, good punch and not much burn afterwards!
Sadly I haven't found it in store here more for some weeks, should've stocked up more..

I wish it was available in the US. I got some shipped to the US from the UK and it was fabulous (but obviously not worth the extra shipping to do regularly)

This is by far my favorite sauce. I end up buying a bunch of niche sauces for 12-16€ only to always feel they don’t measure up to Encona West Indian pepper for 1.7€

The one on the left is great and is one of my favorites. The reaper sauce on the right was too much like a spicy ketchup and not so great.

The xxxxxxtra hot one is good, although Ive found that all of the very hot Enconas taste similar. My favourite of theirs is the peri peri 👌🏻

I’ve had a few Encona sauces and they were all too salty and hardly spicy. Decent flavor if you only want 1-2 drops of sauce. Disappointingly salty if you want a lot of sauce.
