Hi everyone. I am looking for maximise volume, nutrition and satiety in the most efficient way possible. Pictured is a post night shift breakfast of 3 hard boiled eggs, approximately 300 g of spudlite potato and steamed fresh broccoli and cauliflower. Seasoned with an all purpose seasoning. How would you improve the satiety, nutrition and volume for minimal calories?
