Assuming this picture was taken this month, in the northern hemisphere, it’s not even remotely in the realm of perfect.
There simply isn’t a “perfect BLT” quality tomato to be had up here in the middle of winter. And you may argue that a BLT is a bacon sandwich with lettuce and tomato, but you would be dead wrong. At its heart, a BLT is tomato sandwich with bacon and lettuce, and this is a hill I will gladly die on.
